Joanne has been a faithful Christian who is committed to making a meaningful impact in the world through her services. Her ministry experiences span from church planting, business as mission, and service worship, to teen and children’s ministry. Outside her professional and ministry roles, Joanne is married to Gonzalo, a faithful husband who shares her commitment to the church, and an adventurous mother to three energetic boys. 

I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection from the dead. (Philippians 3:10-11)

Joanne is deeply drawn to Olivet Theological Seminary's vision to equip mission workers and send them out for global missions. The seminary's commitment to preparing individuals for impactful service aligns perfectly with her own passion for mission work. Born in China, educated in Australia, having lived in the United States, her diverse multicultural background gifts her capacities to work in OTS which envisions to serve numerous overseas students. Having served in various capacities within Christian ministries, Joanne is eager to contribute to and benefit from OTS to making an impact in the world.
